Job summary

Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin in Austin, TX is seeking to fill a full-time night shift role in the MedSurg department. The position involves assisting patients with movement and daily living activities, coordinating care with nursing staff, and maintaining clean patient rooms and equipment.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent or one year of related experience, plus BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records.

Licensure / Certification / Registration
