Job summary

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City, FL, is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop and adjust a patient-centered plan of care, and administer standard therapy interventions. This role requires oversight of PT staff and involved students, with a day shift, full-time schedule.

Minimum licensure in Florida, BLS, and entry-level degree required; advanced degrees preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
