Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of security systems for office builds and coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and construction partners.

You will manage the entire lifecycle from inception to handover and oversee MAC, decommissioning, and audits in live environments. The role requires familiarity with security systems design, lease decisions, and operating in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security / design / construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PSP or CPP or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits, commissioning, audits and site exits.
• Proven track record managing a high volume of concurrent small-to-mid projects across an operating portfolio.
• Strong experience with budget and stakeholder management, technical vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of project schedules and plans, budgets, correspondence, communication, coordination, meeting documentation, project document organization.
• Produce RFPs, review vendor proposals, evaluate for scope and pricing, manage purchase and change orders for facilities and office build projects.
• Lead integration bid process activities, including RFPs, RFIs, interviews, proposal review, and award.
• Attend new build kickoff site visits to evaluate space aspects and integration opportunities.
• Review lease contracts, assess zoning requirements, security risks and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design engineering consultants to ensure documents are complete and aligned with requirements.
• Lead construction kickoff activities and coordinate security integration schedules and dependencies.
