Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of physical security systems for office builds and drive QA/QC governance and an automation program that scales the DEC practice.

The role coordinates internal teams, vendors and construction partners to ensure on-time, on-budget implementation aligned with GSIS standards, from inception through handover, including change management and tooling development for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of project management, QA/QC and automation experience in security/design/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PSP or CPP certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for site visits and commissioning.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and budgets.
• Experience owning QA/QC governance, document control and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, budgets, correspondence and documentation across multiple sites.
• Lead design engineering reviews, bid processes, and contract documentation coordination.
• Oversee QA/QC governance and automation program alignment with global standards.
• Develop and implement automations and internal tooling (scripting, BIM add-ins, web utilities).
• Coordinate with vendors, design consultants, security integrators, and operations teams.
• Travel to project sites for acceptance testing and commissioning; manage punch lists.
