Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Physical Security Project Manager to lead security system implementations for office builds and manage specialty site programs.

You will coordinate across internal teams, vendors and partners to deliver on time and within budget while aligning with GSIS standards. This role covers design, deployment, commissioning and lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security / design / construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PSP or CPP certifications strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits, commissioning, audits and site exits.
• Proven track record managing a high volume of concurrent small-to-mid projects across an operating portfolio.
• Experience with budget and stakeholder management, vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of project schedules, budgets and documentation for office build projects.
• Lead construction kickoff activities and security integration scheduling.
• Interface with general contractors and internal operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with design consultants and vendors to align with Real Estate and GSIS requirements.
• Manage submittal, RFI review and approval processes.
• Oversee QA and closeout documentation for security systems projects.
