Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security/design/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PSP or CPP certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of project schedules, plans, budgets, correspondence, coordination, and documentation for office build projects.
• Lead bid processes, review vendor proposals, evaluate for scope and pricing, and manage contracts and change orders.
• Interface with design engineers, security integrators, and internal teams to ensure integrated systems.
• Travel to project sites to oversee acceptance testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
