Job summary

Ally Financial in the United States is seeking a Physical Security Specialist to enforce safety protocols across facilities. You will be the primary contact for physical security matters, provide leadership, training, and guidance to onsite security personnel and site leaders, ensuring compliance with Ally’s security standards.

You will analyze signals from access control, video, and monitoring systems, coordinate with first responders and other teams, conduct audits, and support life safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional security experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work off-hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite security programs and provide training to security staff and site leaders.
• Coordinate with first responders and public/private partners during incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze security signals from access control, video, and monitoring tools.
• Deliver incident analysis and post-incident reporting.
