You will lead training, coordinate with first responders, and ensure compliance with security standards while safeguarding employees and visitors. Strong communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies, Emergency Management, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, work independently, and complete objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels across the organization and to comprehend business imperatives.
• Advanced computer skills and use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to onsite security, workplace, and site leaders.
• Learn and develop new techniques to help the team.
• Proactively identify risks and implement security solutions.
• Contribute to incident analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with first responders during life safety events.
• Assist Threat and Preparedness teams with onsite tasks.
