Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Physical Security Analyst Lead to act as a central point for emergencies, monitoring cameras, alarms, and security systems to ensure safety for employees and visitors. The role focuses on coordinating global security operations and compliance while guiding incident response.

The position is based 100% onsite at the Cincinnati, OH offices, with a schedule of 6am–2pm EST, and involves collaboration with HR, IT security, and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Prior public safety or corporate security experience.
• MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate global physical security operations to identify threats and ensure safety.
• Lead security compliance and reporting functions with audit records and logs.
• Support crisis management and incident communications across teams.
• Conduct security investigations using access data and video
• Manage badge administration and oversee access control and video platforms
