Job summary

Ally Financial in Charlotte seeks a Physical Security Event & Travel Risk Intelligence Manager to lead intelligence for high-visibility events and executive engagements, partnering with Travel & Entertainment, Marketing, and Executive Protection to assess risk and ensure employee safety.

You will develop EAPs, provide real-time monitoring, and deliver concise threat intelligence products to leadership, while collaborating across teams to continuously improve detection, reporting, and response

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in security, risk, or travel risk management.
• Proficiency in protective intelligence, risk assessments, and executive protection support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence-driven risk assessments for corporate events.
• Monitor OSINT, social media, and threat feeds for event risks.
• Develop event-specific Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
• Provide real-time monitoring and escalation during live events.
• Translate data into actionable intelligence and recommendations.
