Job summary

Swabian Instruments is seeking an energetic sales professional to engage researchers and showcase our cutting-edge solutions for time tagging and measurement applications. You will own opportunities end-to-end, perform technical demonstrations, and guide customers through negotiations toward close.

You will manage onboarding with Application Scientists, expand accounts, and source new pipelines through outbound initiatives and industry events.

Qualifications

• Education in physics/optics/engineering/materials science or related quantitative field.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communicator with passion for interaction and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own qualified opportunities end-to-end from initial technical conversation to close.
• Lead demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements with clear success criteria.
• Configure quotations and defend value to multi-stakeholder buying groups.
