OpenLight Photonics is seeking a Photonics Process Integration Engineer to manage heterogeneous Silicon-III-V wafer processes across the OpenLight platform. The role collaborates closely with external foundry partners, silicon front end processing, bonding, and back-end assembly to ensure high-volume manufacturing readiness.

The candidate will lead fabrication planning, process development initiatives, and SPC/PCM data analysis.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or MS with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in silicon photonic wafer process development and manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end fabrication lot management with detailed fabrication plans.
• Lead process reviews with external foundries and monitor progress.
• Develop and apply SPC and PCM results to improve yield.
• Oversee wafer bonding initiatives and DOE to enhance yield.
• Track issues with foundries and drive failure analysis with internal teams.
