Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced Silicon Photonics Process/Product Integration Engineer to lead process development and manufacturing activities for next-generation optical interconnects. You will drive device integration, reliability qualification, and production transfer in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IPS, process engineering, QA, finance and OSAT teams to deliver product milestones and scalable manufacturing

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in semiconductor or silicon photonics process technology.
Minimum 2+ years in advanced data analysis (JMP/GAJT/SQL), SPC, and DOE principles.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Yield Analysis, Device and Defect Engineers, IPS designers and Process Engineers to meet yield and reliability requirements at PRQ.
Define process flow, procedures and equipment; plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process.
Train production/receiving engineers for transfer to high volume manufacturing.
Lead integration for customer roadmaps into fabrication processes and drive NPI roadmaps.
Drive yield optimization, NPI milestones and process development across PLC phases.
