Job summary

Lands' End, Inc. is hiring a Photo Sample Coordinator to manage photo samples through the photography process. You will prioritize samples to meet deadlines, transfer and label samples, and maintain inventory to support shoots.

You will also prepare samples for shoots, manage returns, and ensure accurate data in systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant work experience in an office environment.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with cross functional partners.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multi-task under direction of manager.
• Solid follow up skills to ensure high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize samples to ensure photography meets all deadlines.
• Stock transfer, label, and house additional samples to maintain inventory levels.
• Plan and coordinate liquidation of samples seasonally from the Sample Room.
• Prepare samples and supplies and send to shoots, ensuring deliveries meet deadlines.
• Receive and manage photo samples for all aspects of photography and corporate sample borrowing needs.
• Maintain physical sample inventory through Workhorse and RAMIDS, ensuring returns are timely.
• Capture accurate sample data for all shots.
