Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a Merchandise/ Sample Coordinator to support the Photo Team by coordinating merchandise and samples for shoots. You will liaise with merchants, warehouse, and photo teams to ensure items are ready and available for studio production.

You will assist Photo Managers in planning and improvements, be highly organized, communicative, and detail‑oriented to uphold operational excellence in the photo workflow.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous experience in photo shoots preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Airtable, and Miro.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑check sample information and track down issues to resolution.
• Prepare sample info notes for Photo Manager.
• Work closely with Warehouse Team to update sample orders and issues.
• Partner with Merchants for sample coordination.
• Spearhead meetings with Merchants for sample coordination and process improvements.
• Support Photo Producers with studio projects.
