Qualifications

• RN with active license and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Triage telephone calls and determine appropriate plan of care.
• Interpret symptoms and communicate care plan to patients.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Manage prior authorizations for medications.
• Coordinate workflow for clinical questions with providers.
• Room/triage patients and respond to portal messages with care notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions.
