The position focuses on phone triage, coordinating care, and documenting interactions while educating families on treatment plans. RN licensure and BLS are required, with clinical experience preferred.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Triage telephone calls and assess patient symptoms.
• Communicate plan of care and educate patients/families.
• Coordinate with providers and manage workflow for clinical questions.
• Review clinical messages and respond promptly.
• Document care plans accurately and efficiently.
