Job summary

Stark Exterminators seeks a full-time Inside Sales Representative to drive service sales to existing and former customers by phone. The role includes handling administrative tasks for service centers, answering calls, scheduling services, and managing payments, with commission-based earnings on top of an hourly wage.

You will work with Outside Sales to generate leads, educate customers on offerings, and document all interactions in the CRM system while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass state regulatory licensing exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on services and enroll them in those services.
• Generate leads and appointments with Outside Sales via telephone.
• Document interactions and call activity in the CRM system.
• Support scheduling, billing, and problem resolution with the administrative team.
