Job summary

Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone, and to provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data. This role requires exceptional customer service and the ability to meet daily call volume standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass and maintain licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone.
• Provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data.
• Generate leads and appointments with Outside Sales through telephone conversations.
• Document interactions and call activity in the CRM; support scheduling, billing, and problem resolution.
