Job summary

Stark Exterminators, Inc. is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone. They will also provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data.

This position earns an hourly rate plus commissions. In addition to excellent customer service, the role requires meeting daily call volume standards and strong data entry skills to support scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone skills and customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and data entry ability.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to pass state licensing/certification exams if required.
• Must be able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.

Responsibilities

• Sell services to existing and former customers by phone.
• Provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data.
• Answer inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution; document interactions in CRM.
