The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and meeting daily call volumes. The position involves generating leads, coordinating with Outside Sales, and documenting activities in the CRM while assisting the admin team with scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to pass licensing/certification exams as required.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• Able to work a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities
