Responsibilities

• Graduate from Team Launch.
• Execute Team lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in Team Technology.
• Conduct four open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

Your week here has a shape to it: lead generation, follow up, script practice, and open houses, with a coach who looks at the numbers with you and tells you the truth. We are looking for agents who want to be held to a standard, and who want a career they are still building in ten years.

• Graduate from Team Launch
• Execute Team lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
