You’ll work within a structure backed by Keller Williams Realty, leveraging strong technology, marketing, and team accountability to help clients buy, sell, and invest with a clear plan and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Team player with a real estate license and 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Team Launch.
• Execute Team lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in Team Technology.
• Conduct four open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
