Job summary

Group Management Services (GMS) is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to drive growth in a fast‑growing PEO environment. You will own a B2B sales book, pursue new prospects, and earn uncapped commissions while receiving comprehensive benefits.

We offer a base salary of 55K–70K with 3 weeks of PTO, eight paid holidays, and a leadership academy for internal growth. Hybrid scheduling is available, and you’ll be rewarded for tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• 100% B2B new business development.
• Prospect and manage the full sales cycle from cold call to contract.
• Daily hunting for new prospects via cold calling and in-person meetings.
• Meet with decision-makers to present solutions that address client needs.
• Own your book of business and directly impact earnings through uncapped commissions.
