Job summary

Atlas Disposal is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to prospect and acquire new customers in the Chandler/Phoenix area, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role works in the field and with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet goals.

The ideal candidate has outside sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and office tools. Travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior outside sales experience required.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Able to perform cold calls to commercial/construction prospects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new customers in assigned territory and provide quotes or bids per company guidelines.
• Meet with existing customers regularly to maintain service levels and relations.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of market, industry, and Atlas Disposal.
• Utilize the company CRM tool daily to manage pipeline and activity.
• Develop solutions for customer issues and close opportunities.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
