Job summary

The RN applies the Nursing Practice Model, demonstrates leadership, and works within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in ambulatory or acute settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program with RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in ambulatory or acute care.
• Experience in clinical trials research and/or hem/onc preferred.
• Chemotherapy experience required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education.
• Support planning, implementation, evaluation and communication of all phases of care.
• Provide leadership and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• May operate a personal vehicle as needed for the role.
