Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care and patient education. The RN will support care transitions, lead within the Nursing Professional Practice Model, and mentor staff. Flexibility for days/evenings/nights and on-call is required.

Qualifications
