Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care. You will contribute to professional practice, mentor colleagues, and support quality improvement initiatives in a dynamic care environment.

Requirements include a BSN, current RN license, BLS, and 1 year of ambulatory or acute care RN experience. Flexibility with shifts and collaboration across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Teamwork experience in a care setting.
• Computer skills with EMR systems experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days/evenings/nights/weekends.
• Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations in care.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication and critical thinking.
• Current RN license in applicable state.
• Arizona BLS competency maintained.
• On-campus preferred; alternate sites may require different BLS rules.
• RN experience: ambulatory or acute care; 1 year minimum.
• Experience in clinical trials/hem/onc and chemotherapy preferred.
• Be available for varied schedules to support patient care.
