Job summary

The Mayo Clinic is seeking a registered nurse in Phoenix, AZ to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions of care. This role functions within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and requires strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN or higher, RN licensure in applicable state, and 6 months RN experience (12 months preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher required.
• RN license in applicable state; all entry-level ADN RN with start date after Apr 1, 2020 must provide BSN documentation within five years of start date; prior start date applicants must provide BSN per policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.
