The role combines strategic pipeline building with hands-on sales leadership, requiring a self-starter mentality and strong proposal skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in security, technology, or service industries.
• Proven success selling contract security or labor-based services.
• Experience selling recurring staffing or time-based service contracts.
• Self-starter who thrives in outbound, field-based business development.
• Comfortable creating proposals using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, network, and generate new business throughout Greater Phoenix.
• Build and maintain a $40M–$60M qualified sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, site walks, and facility assessments.
• Create proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs.
• Manage opportunities, follow-up activity, and market intelligence in HubSpot CRM.
