ALDI is seeking motivated individuals to join our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Greater Phoenix area. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple stores, working with store managers to ensure top customer service, strong teamwork, and operational excellence.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus; raises to $110k, $120k, and $130k in subsequent years.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
