Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Greater Phoenix Area. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and drive sales growth.

As a district manager, you will work with store managers to ensure customer service excellence, a positive working environment, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Ability to recruit, develop and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Understanding of company policies, safety and customer service guidelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs, trains and develops store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees staffing plans, hiring, promotion and assignments within the district.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results and efficiency.
• Plans district weekly operations calls, training sessions and events.
