Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the district manager team to drive sales and customer service.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure staffing, coaching and performance.
• Plan and execute district objectives and budget targets.
• Monitor store KPI results and implement improvement plans.
• Communicate company strategy and values across the district.
