Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label each image for project records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and maintain on-site records per document control standards.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision in construction.
• Provide assistance to the Project Construction Manager when needed.

Education
