Job summary
Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator at its Phoenix, AZ facility to efficiently process shipments, manage ERP transactions, and coordinate incoming and outgoing goods. Requires associate degree or high school diploma with 3 years related experience; forklift experience and Spanish language skills
Qualifications
- Associate degree or high school diploma with 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience with ERP or related shipping software.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Process daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Complete ERP transactions and coordinate pickups/deliveries.
- Coordinate international shipments and prepare shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Delivery Notes).
- Communicate with Sales and Purchasing regarding shipments and inventory.
- Investigate discrepancies and misshipments; process RMA/DMR reports.
- Monitor packaging material inventory.
