Job summary
Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator at its Phoenix, AZ facility to efficiently process shipments, manage ERP transactions, and coordinate incoming and outgoing goods. The role involves preparing shipping documents, coordinating international shipments, communicating with Sales/Purchasing, and maintaining inventory records.
Requires associate degree or high school diploma with 3 years related experience; forklift experience and Spanish language skills
Qualifications
- Associate degree or high school diploma with 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience with ERP or related shipping software.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Process daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Complete ERP transactions and coordinate pickups/deliveries.
- Coordinate international shipments and prepare shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Delivery Notes).
- Communicate with Sales and Purchasing regarding shipments and inventory.
- Investigate discrepancies and misshipments; process RMA/DMR reports.
- Monitor packaging material inventory.
