Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, seeks a Logistics Operations Specialist at its Phoenix, AZ facility to efficiently and accurately process shipments, manage receipt and transfer of goods, and perform ERP and administrative tasks in support of the Warehouse Supervisor.

The role requires an associate degree or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience, ERP experience, forklift ability, and the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds; Spanish language skills are preferred.

Formación

• Associate's degree or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP or related operations/shipping software.
• Ability to operate forklift and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Spanish language skills preferred, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Complete ERP transactions.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and international shipments.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and Delivery Notes.
• Communicate with Sales and Purchasing regarding shipments and inventory.
• Investigate discrepancies and misshipments; process RMAs and DMRs.
• Monitor packaging material inventory.
