Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and long periods of standing/sitting is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors and explain how donation helps lives.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Ensure blood collected meets goals and safety/regulatory requirements.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites.
