Job summary

The American Red Cross is hiring for a phlebotomy-support role in Fairfax, Virginia. You will assist donors, transport and set up equipment, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for lifesaving blood donations.

Paid phlebotomy training is provided, and the position offers flexible hours, a competitive hourly wage, and benefits. Prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver’s license with good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
