Paid phlebotomy training is provided, with no prior medical experience required. The position requires a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours across donation sites.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with donors to explain the impact of their donation.
• Work with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Maintain accuracy and safety to ensure collected blood meets standards.
• Possibly drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites.
