Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and stand for long periods; minimum height of 60 inches may be required to operate Red Cross vehicles.
• Basic computer skills are required; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming donor environment.
• Be detailed oriented to ensure blood collection meets goals and safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites; height requirement may apply.
