The Phlebotomist welcomes patients, collects all necessary patient demographics and insurance information, performs blood draws, prepares samples for delivery to the laboratory, may receive and prepare reports for deliveries, in addition to other clerical work, such as answering phones and assisting with client or patient inquiries.
