MCR Technical Service is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to join our team! You must reside in Florida. This position involves working remotely from home and traveling to various locations in Central Florida to service, maintain, and repair the following equipment:

Equipment Serviced

• Testing Station Kiosks
• PC
• Touchscreen
• POS Kiosks
• Parts inside the kiosk:
• Label printers
• Paper printer
• Cash acceptor
• Cash dispenser
• Credit card reader
• Firewall
• Cell modem

Your home is your office. You will be required to drive to all your jobs, with some days involving hundreds of miles of driving and others requiring no travel. Mileage and cell phone reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation, as all work requires travel (no overnight stays)
• Reliable cell phone with data plan
• Laptop and home internet access
• Familiarity with PCs
• Mechanical aptitude
• Friendly, personable, and presentable
• Self-motivated and organized
• Responsible and willing to learn new skills
• Technical certifications and prior experience are a plus but not required
