MCR Technical Service, LLC is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to join our team! You must reside in Florida. This role involves working remotely from home, with travel to various locations across Central Florida to service, maintain, and repair the following equipment:

• Testing Station Kiosks
• PCs
• Touchscreens
• POS Kiosks
• Parts inside the kiosks, including:
• Label printers
• Paper printers
• Cash acceptors
• Cash dispensers
• Credit card readers
• Firewalls
• Cell modems

Your home is your office; you will be required to drive to all job sites. Some days may involve hundreds of miles of driving, while others may require no travel at all. Mileage and cell phone reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (no overnights required)
• Reliable cell phone with data plan
• Laptop and home internet connection
• Familiarity with PCs
• Mechanically inclined
• Friendly, personable, and presentable
• Self-motivated, organized, responsible, and eager to learn
• Technical certifications and previous field experience are a plus but not required
