Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Salisbury, MD is hiring for a part-time Plasma Donor Screener. You will greet donors, screen newcomers and repeat donors, record vital signs, and support plasma center operations with phlebotomy as needed.

Responsibilities include using the donor information system, maintaining accurate donor records, and coordinating donor compensation. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to meet center needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
