Boston Medical Center is seeking a Phlebotomy Tech I to join the Outpatient Phlebotomy team. You will perform venipunctures, register patients in EPIC, and prepare specimens for analysis while maintaining quality and patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks with safety and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience or related specimen processing preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipunctures according to lab policies and procedures.
• Identify patients and label specimens accurately.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory analysis and testing.
