Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a phlebotomist to perform daily specimen collection and processing in a geriatric setting. You will label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens according to testing procedures while maintaining accurate records and logs.

This on-site role requires good organization and patient-facing communication, with flexibility for morning shifts. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy experience; certification is preferred.

Formación

• Requires phlebotomy experience with geriatric care.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service in a service environment is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Greet participants and treat them courteously.
• Collect all field specimens accurately and on time.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens per testing procedures.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and records; ensure compliance with manuals and policies.
• Work on Monday and Friday mornings as preferred; maintain a clean and organized work area; report issues to management.
