Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to join the Main Lab. You will perform specimen processing, blood collection, and ensure accurate accessioning in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include reviewing lab reports, conducting quality checks, and resolving issues to maintain high standards of patient care. A California Phlebotomy License is required, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of lab procedures, functions and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• State of California Phlebotomy License (Certified Phlebotomy Tech I).
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
