Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomy Team Lead to oversee the collection staff operating mobile drives. You will ensure on-time delivery of work, coach staff, and maintain quality and safety standards across donor collections.

Responsibilities include donor screening, phlebotomy, equipment setup, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to read SOPs and safety rules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow DOT guidelines when operating the mobile Van/ProMaster and safely transport staff and supplies.
• Lead donor collection team; train and mentor team members.
• Prepare collection site and perform setup; manage technology systems and QC.
• Travel to other collections sites as needed by business.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy; recruit for automation.
• Respond to donor inquiries and ensure a safe, positive donation experience.
