The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a pay range of $82,600–$116,800 per year and potential annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities and phlebotomy sites.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met with QA/Medical Director offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Perform site visits and QA audits.
• Manage staffing, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Prepare schedules and monthly reports.
• Lead process improvement and cost containment initiatives.
