Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least five years in phlebotomy and two years of supervisory experience, with a valid CA phlebotomy license where applicable. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensures licensure requirements are met with QA/Medical Director offices.
• Maintains QA/QC documentation and safety, upkeep of facilities, and conducts audits.
